What to expect
During the interview process, you’ll meet with your recruiter, three to four people in your respective function, and two Pinwheel executives.

Our interview process is designed to give us a better understanding of you, how you think and your worldview.

Business Interviews
Five stages (all conducted virtually)
  • Recruiter call - 30 min
  • Hiring manager call - 30 min
  • Take-home case study (if applicable)
  • Team interviews (Two to three interviews with direct or cross-functional team members) - 30 min ea.
  • Executive interview - 30 min
Engineering Interviews
Four stages (all conducted virtually)
  • Recruiter call - 30 min
  • Hiring manager technical screen - 60 min
  • Team Interviews (Technical and non-technical interviews with direct and cross-functional team members) - 30 to 60 min ea.
